Equipment Reservation + Checkout Policies

  • All equipment is reserved on a first come first served basis through the reservation system.

  • Reservations must be made at least 30 minutes before your pick up time.

  • Reservations and checkouts are limited to a one week maximum to ensure equipment is available to the maximum number of users.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY GEAR OR EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED, MAINTAIN LINE OF SIGHT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE VISUAL/VERBAL CONFIRMATION

Reminder, in the event of campus closures due to emergencies or inclement weather the checkout is also closed.
